Eric DeCosta (born April 10, 1971) is an American football executive who is the executive vice president and general manager of the Baltimore Ravens of the National Football League (NFL).[1][2]

DeCosta has been with the Ravens organization since 1996 and previously served as assistant general manager under Ozzie Newsome from 2012 to 2018.
