Judson Laipply (/ˈlpli/ LYPE-lee; born March 22, 1976) is an American internet celebrity from Bucyrus, Ohio.[5] He served as the state president of The Ohio Association of Student Councils from 1993 to 1994. He is best known for his performance in the "Evolution of Dance" viral video clip, which became one of the most famous YouTube videos ever.[6] He has worked as a public speaker since 2000.[7]
