Joshua Ballinger Lippincott Rosen (born February 10, 1997) is an American football quarterback for the Cleveland Browns of the National Football League (NFL). He played college football at UCLA, where he received Freshman All-American and Pac-12 Freshman Offensive Player of the Year honors in 2015. During his junior year, Rosen set the school's record for single-season passing yards.

Rosen was selected 10th overall in the 2018 NFL Draft by the Arizona Cardinals, where he served as the team's starter during his rookie season. Due to inconsistent play, he was traded to the Miami Dolphins the following season and released after one year. Rosen spent his next two seasons as a backup for the San Francisco 49ers and Atlanta Falcons before joining the Browns in 2022.
