This is a list of Alpha Sigma Phi fraternity chapters and provisional chapters. Groups are listed in order according to their Greek designation (as of December 2018).

The chapter is the basic unit of organization in Phi Mu Alpha Sinfonia. The designation of chapter has been given to at least three different kinds of organization over the history of the Fraternity: collegiate, alumni, and professional.

Groups are listed in order according to their Greek designation (as of December 2018). Chapters running from Alpha Rho to Gamma Gamma were acquired when Alpha Kappa Pi merged with Alpha Sigma Phi and are listed with their chartering dates as Alpha Kappa Pi chapters.

Alpha Chi Sigma's 66 collegiate chapters, 1 colony, 9 professional chapters, and 15 professional groups are separated into 14 regional districts. The districts each have a District Counselor that serves as an advisor for members. Alpha Chi Sigma has initiated over 70,000 members.
